This week I received the Tobinski LPG and Klavis Twin Waves modules and added them to my modular rig.
I am still trying them both out, but I already like them for different reasons. The Tobinski LPG has a surprisingly bassy sound, and it pairs very well with the Twin Waves, which is a very digital oscillator. Together they give the sound a much warmer, more analog character.
I have not yet tried the Tobinski with drum modules, which is actually the main reason I bought it. I want to use it with the ALM Akemie's Taiko and Tyso Daiko, and I am confident that combination is going to sound great.
